ADVENTURE TRIPS

Our trip starts at two different times, once in the morning and once at noon, and it includes four ziplines.
One of them starts from a height of 45 meters and, at 1 km in length, is the longest zipline here in the Riviera Maya.

After being picked up from the hotel, we’ll drive approximately 45 minutes south to switch to quads and venture into the jungle.

Part of this excursion also includes a ten-minute introduction to a Maya ceremony, followed by a 20-minute swimming tour in a cenote with an underground river.

At the cenote, you’ll learn from the guide about these limestone caves of the world’s largest cave system and the significance of Maya rituals and sacrifices conducted there.

RECOMMENDATION:

• Please take enough money with you for personal expenses such as souvenirs or alcoholic drinks.
• We have drinks in the minivan, but it is still advisable to carry 1 liter of water with you when you enter the archaeological sites.
• Headgear is recommended.
• Don’t forget your swimsuit.
• It is not advisable to go on tour with slippers.
• Never apply sunscreen before the tour or only biodegradable sunscreen.
• In the freshwater cenotes on the Yucatan Peninsula, strict attention is paid to the water quality, as some of this water is still drunk.
• The chemicals used in conventional sunscreen destroy corals and are harmful to marine life.
  For this reason, sunscreen is no longer permitted in Mexico in many natural parks in the Riviera Maya and also on Cozumel.
